EQUIPMENT RETURN WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10 AT MIDDLEBROOK (IN THE CAFETERIA) FROM 9 AM TO NOON!

PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR CHILD'S:

-- HELMET, AND CHIN STRAP
-- SHOULDER PADS
-- 2 PAIRS OF PANTS
-- 2 GAME JERSEYS (with the exception of those grades who only have 1 jersey)
-- PRACTICE JERSEY


** please be sure to wash your child's uniform prior to returning.  You get to keep the mouth guard (please be sure to remove from the helmet)!
 
STATIONS WILL BE SET UP BY TEAM.  EACH CHILD'S EQUIPMENT IS TO BE RETURNED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE TEAM'S COACH/ASSISTANT COACH.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN YOUR CHILD'S TEAM.  YOUR EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU, PROVIDED THAT ALL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED AND/OR IS NOT DAMAGED.

-- MISSING BELT CLIPS, AND/OR IF THE BELT HAS COME UNDONE FROM THE PANTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGED.  

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE EQUIPMENT RETURN, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COACH DIRECT.   PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ANYONE OTHER THAN YOUR COACH.  

NOTE: IF THE WEATHER IS COOPERATIVE, HELMETS AND SHOULDER PADS WILL BE RETURNED OUTSIDE.
 
NOTE: Equipment not returned on Saturday, December 10 will automatically be subject to forfeiture of your Equipment deposit check!
