2017 Uniform Distribution

Alternative Date for Uniform Fitting is Saturday, August 26, between 9 and 10 am at Comstock. Please be sure that all forms were handed in to your coaches or bring them with you for me to collect. Also, we must receive a check post dated 12/1/17 made out to Wilton Youth Football for $150. This is your deposit check for the uniform. It will be shredded upon handing in your uniform at the end of the season.

Uniforms will be distributed on Sunday, June 11th in the Gym at Middlebrook. PLEASE make every effort to attend the pickup on 6/11. For those who register by 6/11 and do not pick up equipment/uniform on 6/11, you will be assessed a $25 special handling fee for equipment pickup in August.

 

A UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION will be held on Sunday, June 11.  Uniforms will be distributed according to the schedule below:

Grades K-2  Last Names A-L     10:00-10:30

Grades K-2  Last Names M-Z    10:30-11:00

Grades 3-5   All Last Names     11:00-12:00

Grades 6-8   All Last Names     11:00-12:00

 

Please be sure to bring a post-dated check (12/1/17) for $150 made out to WYF for a deposit on your uniform.

In order for you to receive your uniform, please note that YOU MUST:

  •         Be Present:  To ensure uniform is fitted properly
  •         Be registered:  Completed all registration forms online.
  •         Be paid up:  Registration fees must have been paid in full.
  •         Bring the following with you:
  •         Your completed Medical Form
  •         Your completed Parental Consent and Waiver of Liability Form
  •         Emergency Form for players with severe limitations (basic form is completed online)
  •         UCA Participant Release and Waiver Form
  •        An equipment deposit check in the amount of $150, payable to "WYF", and DATED 12/1/17
