Tackle Football Equipment Distribution

TIME SCHEDULE                                           
Distribution arrival times are set by grade, please be sure to attend during your assigned time! 

  • 9:00 AM             8th Grade
  • 9:30 AM             7th Grade
  • 10:00 AM             6th Grade
  • 10:30 AM             5th Grade
  • 11:00 PM             4th Grade
  • 11:30 PM             3rd Grade

PLEASE make every effort to attend the equipment pickup on 6/11. For those who register by 6/11 and do not pick up equipment on 6/11, you will be assessed a $25 special handling fee for equipment pickup in August.

In order for you to receive your equipment, please note that YOU MUST:

  • Be Present:  To ensure equipment is fitted properly and the for the safety of our players, equipment will not be distributed unless the player is present.
  • Be registered:  Completed all registration forms online.
  • Be paid up:  Registration fees must have been paid in full.
  • Bring the following with you:

*Equipment Note: Every effort should be made to pick up equipment on 6/11.  For those who miss the handout, an email notification will be sent out in July/August with an alternate date and time. It is especially important that you make the 6/11 date if your player will not be attending practice during the first week of practice. You will need to notify the coach on the first day of attendance to make arrangements to get your equipment.
