Fall Flag Practice and & Game times

Our plan this season is to organize a 90 minute practice every Friday night from 6pm to 7:30pm at Middlebrook.  We are considering adding a second option for certain teams on Wednesdays.  Each practice we will teach progressive Flag Football techniques that will build on each other, week after week.  Each practice will have specific QB, RB, WR and Defensive drills that teach our Wilton Flag Football Playbook.  All players and coaches will practice on the same day and same time so we can maximize our teaching efforts on the fundamentals of Flag Football.  Each practice we will split into groups based on each division.  1st/2nd graders practicing together, 3rd/4th graders practicing together, 5th/6th graders practicing together and so on.  We will also split each division into 2 groups advanced and intermediate if needed.  That way we can focus on each players individual development and make sure everyone progresses at their own pace.

All Head Coaches will have 30 to 60 minutes during every practice to work individually with their team.  Head Coaches will also have 30 to 60 before every game on Saturday to work individually with their team.

Our game times will start no earlier than 10am and no later than 5pm at Middlebrook, we will do our best to work around players that play multiple sports.
